Author: When ADHD Doesn’t Look Like the Stereotype (Mindful Choices for ADHD)

The topic: What happens when you are capable, successful and “too smart” for ADHD, so your struggles get missed.

My role: The lived experience. I was diagnosed at 43, after two of my kids were. One doctor told me I was too smart to have ADHD. Another clinician listened.
