About Jess & Quick Wins for ADHD Moms

At the heart of everything I create is one mission: to make life lighter for ADHD moms.

I’m Jessica :) an ADHD wife and mom of three ADHD kids. I know what it’s like to be high-functioning and creative on the outside, while juggling burnout, time blindness, and the chaos of family and business on the inside. For years, I masked and powered through. Now, raising kids with ADHD, I’m determined to build the kind of support I wish I’d had all along.

That’s why I started Quick Wins for ADHD Moms — a podcast that shares simple, doable strategies, soulful encouragement, and resources that actually work with our brains. It’s a space for high-achieving but exhausted moms to find clarity, calm, and community — one small win at a time.

This work also flows into my other creative outlets: voiceover storytelling, photography, and projects that celebrate simplicity and beauty. Whether behind the mic or on the podcast, I’m committed to creating spaces where busy, brilliant women can breathe easier and feel less alone.

If you’re a listener, welcome — this space is for you.

If you’re a brand or sponsor, know this: ADHD moms are intentional, choosy, and loyal. When they find products or resources that actually help, they stick with them. That’s the kind of trust I’m honored to share with you through this platform.

Jessica Lewis is a professional voiceover artist, high-performance leadership coach, photographer, and entrepreneur born and raised in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

Jessica picked up photography before age ten, developing an eye for capturing stories and people around her. She enjoyed diving deeper into photography, art history, visual communication, and business classes in college.

Jessica graduated from Cedarville University in 2001 with a BA in Broadcasting and Media. Her professional career began in radio at Erie radio station WCTL as a midday announcer and production manager.

She met her Californian husband, Dave, at an Erie music festival. They moved to Nashville, TN, where they toured all over the United States, Canada, and many parts of Europe with a Canadian band named “downhere.” Dave managed sound and production, and Jessica road managed and sold merchandise.

Touring the world became an excellent opportunity to take photos of the band and capture life on the road. When the band ended, Dave, Jessica, and their two young children moved back to northwest Pennsylvania, where Jessica began shooting portraits and weddings.

She discovered a niche market in photography packaging and grew an international business of boutique hand-stitched packing for photographers. During that time, they had their third child.

She wanted to spend more time with her young family, so she left professional photography to begin a podcast that led to voicework and building a home studio.

Jessica grew her voiceover business and can now be heard worldwide on commercials and narration videos from brands such as DIOR, Stryker, PNC Bank, Ocean Spray, Mondelez International, and more. Her work can be heard on her website www.JessicaLewisVoice.com.

When not recording voiceovers in her home studio, Jessica captures stunning sunrises from her front deck. Over the past four years, she has collected hundreds of stunning images, each uniquely displaying rural Pennsylvania beauty. Her macro photography of flowers, nature, and landscapes evokes a sense of calm and simplicity.

She is a Pexels Hero, an invite-only community of the platform's best and most trusted photographers. Her Pexels portfolio has garnered over 725 million views and 2 million downloads. Her photos are on over 325,000 websites, including MSN.com, Yahoo.com, Entrepreneur.com, PopSugar.com, Canva.com, and hundreds more.

You can find Calming Wall Art at her site (can you have too many!?) The Painted Square.

She resides in Venango, Pennsylvania with her husband Dave, three children and their cat Popsicle.
