Terms & Partnership Policies

Last updated: October 2025

Welcome to The ADHD Mom. We’re passionate about creating content and partnerships that serve moms with ADHD in real and practical ways. By using our site, listening to our podcast, or working with us as a partner, you agree to the following guidelines.

1. Content & Ownership

  • All podcast episodes, articles, downloads, and related materials are owned by The ADHD Mom unless otherwise noted.

  • You may share our content with proper credit, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute it without written permission.

  • For brand partners: any promotional content we create (podcast mentions, blog features, social posts) remains our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Affiliate Links & Sponsorships

  • Some of our content may include affiliate links or sponsorships. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through our links, at no additional cost to you.

  • We only promote products and services that we believe are genuinely useful for moms with ADHD.

  • All partnerships are clearly disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.

3. Partner & Sponsorship Expectations

If you’re working with us as a partner, sponsor, or affiliate, here’s what you can expect:

  • Alignment: We only collaborate with brands that align with our mission to support moms with ADHD.

  • Authenticity: We promote products in our own voice, in a way that feels natural to our audience.

  • Transparency: Partners must provide accurate product/service information.

  • Payment: Terms will be agreed upon before promotion begins; unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 30 days of invoice.

  • Termination: Either party may end a partnership with written notice. If content creation has begun, partial payment may still be required.

4. No Guarantees

We share tools, resources, and personal experiences to encourage and equip moms with ADHD. However, we do not guarantee specific results from our content, recommendations, or partnerships.

5. Liability

The ADHD Mom is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from using our website, podcast, or recommended products/services. Please consult with a professional where appropriate (medical, financial, or otherwise).

6. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use our site or work with us, you agree to the most current version.
