The Design Lab is a 4-week live group coaching experience for ADHD moms who are building businesses and running on empty.
It is not a course. It is not a curriculum. It is not a list of tips.
It is four weeks of doing the actual work together, live, with a small group of women who get it.
The Framework:
Each week we move through one phase of the framework:

Here’s what’s included
4 x 90-minute live sessions on Zoom
Small group: maximum 5 participants
A session workbook for each week: simple, printable, designed for your brain
Session recap delivered after every call so nothing falls through the cracks
One design experiment per week: small, specific, immediately usable
A completed White Space Protection Plan you keep and use after the program ends

I built this because I needed it.
I’m an ADHD mom running my own business. I know what it feels like to be capable of so much and still end every week wondering why nothing got done. I’ve bought the planners. I’ve started the routines. I’ve blamed myself more times than I can count.
What changed for me wasn’t trying harder. It was realizing the design was wrong.
The systems I was trying to live inside were never built for my brain. The moment I stopped trying to fix myself and started redesigning my environment, things actually shifted.
The Design Lab is what I wish had existed for me.
I’m a creative at heart and a builder by nature. Between my work as a voiceover artist, podcast host, and leadership coach, I’ve realized one thing: most people don't need more 'tips', they need a design that fits. I’ve spent my career helping people figure out how to start, lead, and stay true to their holistic selves. The Design Lab is the culmination of that work, specifically redesigned for the ADHD mom.
I’m running this first cohort small on purpose. Five seats. Real conversation. Real results.

Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis to join?

No. Many of the women this program is built for are undiagnosed or in the process of figuring it out. If you recognize yourself in what’s on this page, you belong here.
What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?

Life happens. Sessions are recorded via Fathom so you can catch the recap. That said, the live conversation is where the real value is. This program works best when you show up.
Is this therapy or coaching?

This is coaching, specifically life design coaching. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for clinical or mental health support. If you’re looking for diagnosis or treatment, please connect with a qualified professional.
Why is the price so low?

This is a pilot cohort. You’re getting the full program at the lowest price it will ever be. In exchange, I ask for your honest feedback at the end so I can refine and improve it. That’s the trade.
What if it’s not right for me?
